How to contact us:

  Email is the easiest way to get in touch with us; unfortunately it may not be the most reliable. I don't know if it has anything to do with living in an isolated area with old phone lines, but occasionally people try to send us email that doesn't get delivered, but doesn't get returned to them either, and it's assumed that we received it. Usually the only way I find out about it is during a later phone call; " How come you didn't answer my email? ".

  When we receive an email I try to respond with at least a quick confirming note; if you don't get a response within a day or so, please re-send the message. If you've sent us something in the past and didn't get a reply, I'm sorry; please try again.

  If you would prefer, you can call the shop at 757-442-5592. Much of the time it's too noisy to hear the telephone, but if you'll leave a message we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
