Chesapeake Marine Design and Seaside Small Craft are now cutting stitch-and-glue frame and panel kits for the Redwing 18, the first to be offered in the Redwing series. Cut from 1/2" BS1088 Meranti marine plywood, the kit contains all the planking (including the second layer of bottom planking), bulkheads, motor well, and skeg parts to assemble the hull. Seaside Small Craft's stepped scarfs are cut where panels need to be joined, making assembly easy. We even include the proper size filleting tools and all the cable ties you'll need to assemble the hull.
The kits can be ordered from Chesapeake Marine Design and can be picked up in Willis Wharf, Va., or shipping or delivery can be arranged.

If you don't feel up to tackling the full-sized boat, a 1/4 scale model cut from 3mm Okoume is available, with all the parts of the full-sized kit. Information on the model can be found on the Chesapeake Marine Design website
